Leagas Delaney have had an enormous growth surge and are in need of some top creative talent. They have some amazing briefs ranging from superbowl spots for Blu, social purpose work for Bosch and hi fame work for Elephant Family. 

Key strengths wanted: Appetite for Hard Work, Fast Work ethic, See beyond advertising artifice ideas, Ideas based on human insight, Can stay on strategy, Good at building on feedback, Not rooted in TV ads.

Roles to fill: CD (for Blu + others), 2x Senior Teams, 1x Senior AD, 2x Midweight Teams

Senior Art Director

Nick O’brien - A senior Creative who is looking to start getting more into a a/CD role if possible. Nick kicked off his career in 2007 and eventually found himself in M&C Saatchi where he and his previous partner Paloma (currently on Maternity leave) worked on the award wining Kronenbourg ‘Bubbles’ campaign and several others. Almost 3 years after they moved to Brooklyn Brothers, learning about making work famous and integrate PR and content into their approach. Nick, is a very kind, ambitious and hard working creative. He can do TV, but takes a much wider approach to the brief and is a fantastic art director to have in any department.

Middle weight Teams

James Harrop & Richard Sprake - A very different team. James worked at Fallon for 2 years before he went off to set up his own brand which is still running today. Richard is a writer who has published a couple of spoof books which made it to the best selling list on Amazon for a while. They offer some traditional thinking and work, but also a new way of looking at briefs that can be very valuable. They have added a bunch of new spec work to show what they come up with as a team.
