The British Red Cross are looking for an interim Brand Manager to work into the Head of Brand and Strategic marketing. They are looking for someone innovative to manage strategic brand development programmes, including the project management of integrated brand advertising campaigns working with Creature. This person will work with other campaign leads across the organisation to ensure that they are consistently building their brand across audiences, with consistent visual identity and considered brand positioning values. This person will help them deliver on the promise to be the movement that connects human kindness with human crisis.

Oyin Akiniyi. A culturally attuned Content Director. Smart though humble, strategically eloquent, unphased, cares about craft.
We absolutely love Oyin Akiniyi. We first came across Oyin when she was working for the Nike Foundation as a brand manager. She then moved to the youth marketing agency called Livity working on some interesting campaigns for Cancer Research UK and Google. She has worked at BBH Live, the boiler room, and recently at The Firepit with Warner Music working with the Creative Directors there who to develop mini series on music to sell in to Apple Music. Oyin has also launched her own beauty range for women of colour who currently have to shop in really obscure places to get products which should easily be available.
Day rate: £400 though potential flex for the right role. Available to start at one weeks notice.


Kate Macknight - Marketing Lead - bright & confident. Background in client (Plumen, Rebel Kitchen, Dyson) and agency (M&C and O&M). Kate Macknight has run marketing at the start up Plumen Lights, before that she was a marketer at vegan and food drink start up Rebel Kitchen. Her role involved brand strategy (creating brand led comms and guidelines), product strategy (creating product bibles for NPD launches), PR, Digital (SEO and PPC planning and implementation), managing the redesign of their website, research and insights, customer marketing (with trade partners). At M&C she was involved in the government initiative ‘Sugar Smart’, the government’s  sugar tracking app designed to make parents and children more aware of sugar consumption.
Day rate: £270 pd


Dani Cabral - Account Director. Creative and entrepreneurial operator

Dani Cabral recently arrived in London from Sao Paolo where she has worked in Brazil's most highly regarded agencies. Most recently Dani has been leading the Stella Artois brand successfully for the local market. This allowed her to draw on all her experience of previously working on the Skol Brand at F/Nazca Saatchi Brazil's number 1 beer brand, making an impressive body of innovative award winning work. While leading Stella Dani has grown the business from using global work to developing culturally powerful work for the Brazilian market thats really working and allowing Stella to build its brand from a low base.
Day rate: £250

Rachel Clapp. Energetic and unflappable. Hugely strategic and passion for great work. Rachel loves a challenge and thrives on being part of an company with a strong culture and identity. She has a history of building strong relationships with those around her and is great at motivating a team to achieve the best results possible. Rachel honed her stakeholder management and strategic skills agency side at AMV BBDO. These skills were put to good use when working on Sport Relief at Contagious. This involved managing the ‘interesting’ politics of two very different clients to develop cut through creative which delivered great results for all.
Day rate: £300.


Mihiri Kanjirath - Senior Account Director - ATL to digital innovation. Experience breaking the rules on FMCG.
Mihiri started her career at JWT Bombay, where there were no rules. One piece of work she led was for Unilever's soap brand Lux, where they created a fake news story of a love affair between two celebrities. She very quickly earnt her clients trust and so became responsible for all media comms. In London her most notable work has been for Durex at Havas where they launched an e-commerce platform for sex toys. They used AI to make a more raunchy version of the ad which aired after the watershed. Mihiri has lots of experience in ATL channels but gets excited by innovation/ doing stuff never done before.
Day rate: £375p/d


Emily Medhirst - Campaigns young face to watch. Worked in start-ups in brand/agencies. Led the Territorial Army Live work.
Emily Medhirst (Business Lead) is super-smart, creative and strategic. Emily has been Campaigns young faces to watch. She decided to follow her dream to pursue a career as an actress. When she left university she turned down a place at Rada for a job in advertising. She was offered a role at the production of Mousetrap and so left JWT in 2013. She now freelances between acting jobs. We placed her at Hostelworld where she ended up staying for 5 months and the CMO adored Emily, and she also freelanced at the Martin Agency to help them with new business pitches whilst they got up and running in London.
Day rate: £375-400 per day
